Judiciary Chairman Cisco McSorley both signed and voted for the bill in Rules and we hope to get a hearing this week, but have heard from the Committee Secretary Mary Parlet that it will not be scheduled until next week. Supportive and thankful calls to his office encouraging a hearing as soon as possible are in order. More importantly please call Senators Michael Sanchez, Lidio Rainaldi and Richard Martinez, the swing votes on the Judiciary Committee.
